James Ross - Founding Partner
James is a native Pacific Northwester who obtained his education in business management, customer service and leadership in a non-traditional way – starting at the ripe old age of 8 by being put in charge of his first concessions stand within his family’s carnival business.
Over the last 30 years, he has taken these skills with him into his professional career, whether it be in numerous management and retail leadership roles at companies like Mervyn's and GAP; to most recently his time spent with Mars and Banfield Pet Hospital working in both the field and corporate enterprise in operational, leadership and strategic roles.
James, and his partner, Jenny are both passionate about travel and good food, when they’re not at home spoiling their two ginger cats, Fred and George or trying to teach two teenage boys Dylan (16) and Tristan (20) to cook something besides packaged ramen.
